The Waldhaus in Sils-Maria is an icon of Swiss hotel tradition. The legendary hotel sits on a hill, looking out on the Engadine lake landscape. It has been owned and managed by the same family since 1908. It still exudes the grandeur of the early 20th century and is an insider tip for culture and culinary pleasures. Sils-Maria is located 10 km southwest of St. Moritz. The village is idyllically nestled between the two lakes of Sils and Silvaplana, at the entrance to the Fex Valley. There is something for everyone in this vast sun-drenched landscape, which is said to exude a special energy.

ACCOMMODATIONS

We have single and double staff bedrooms in the hotel and nearby in the new build staff house. The hotel provides and launders bed linen and towels. Single efficiencies with cooking facilities next to the hotel. All accommodations are furnished.

PARKING PLACES

Garage parking can be booked for a fee. The parking garage is located a 10-minute walk from the hotel (village center). Outside parking spaces are provided for commuters for a fee.

CATERING

Three meals are offered every day in the “Pacific” staff restaurant. The selection is varied and tasty.

EMPLOYEE EVENTS

Be it at the employee welcome, at the end of the season or on other special occasions, we are happy to celebrate together.

HEALTH AND FUN

There are employee discounts for use of the fitness room, swimming pool, massage and beauty treatments, cosmetic products, tennis court rental as well as discounts on food and drink at some of our in-house restaurants.
